Bob Nightengale of USA Today reports he wants the single biggest contract of all time. Nightengale writes that there’s three primary remaining contenders, the Dodgers, Giants, and Phillies.

While the Phils were front-runners for most of the offseason, failure to reach an agreement have put other teams in the pole position.
