This weekend, a six-second video of Henderson State University wide receiver Zac Newbell made every runner feel like they are simply moving in slow motion when he clocked 24 miles per hour on a treadmill during a recent training session.
Newbell’s video has been viewed nearly 4 million times as of Sunday morning, thanks to shares by outlets like ESPN and Bleacher Report.

In a follow up tweet, Newbell gives credit to what appears to be his training team at Armed Sports Performance, including Derrick Blaylock, a seven-year NFL veteran and owner of the training center in Humble, Texas.
