Center Harry Giles was ejected from Monday night’s Knicks-Kings game after catching Luke Kornet with an elbow. The shot certainly looks intentional on the slowed down video, although he could have just been trying to fight for position.
Intentional or not, it was unnecessary and excessive contact committed by a player against an opponent and worthy of an ejection.

Kornet might want to consider a second career in MMA. The seven footer ate the elbow and proved he has a pretty good chin. A solid chin is part of a strong MMA game.
