Down by four points, 90-86, Spurs guard DeMar DeRozan missed a layup attempt with just under 30 seconds remaining and the Nuggets rebounded with about 28 seconds left. It was an obvious foul situation if the Spurs wanted to come back and win the game.
Apparently they didn’t really care, or didn’t know any better.
Popovich was screaming for his team to foul and they couldn’t hear him:

If your entire season ends because your players couldn’t hear you, that’s awfully sad.
What’s even worse is they didn’t know to foul on their own.
