This isn’t the first time Duke has been accused of paying College Basketball players.
Former NBA star Gilbert Arenas commented on a Stephen A. Smith Instagram post about the California bill allowing students to get endorsement deals while in school.
According to Arenas, he knows of two players who were paid $200k to attend Duke over Kentucky.
