Did former Giants head coach Ben McAdoo know something everyone else didn’t? Or at least those who were upset when he benched Eli Manning last season. It definitely looks that way now.
McAdoo’s decision to bench Manning last season for backup Geno Smith played a role in his downfall in New York. But with the way Manning is playing this season, McAdoo looks like he knew what was to come.
Some people think McAdoo deserves an apology. One of those people is now Chargers backup QB, Geno Smith. He voiced that opinion on Twitter during Thursday night’s game.
Y’all owe my boy Mac an apology!!

Manning’s days as a starting quarterback in the NFL, especially on the Giants seem to be numbered. They may not yet have his replacement on the roster, but at 1-5 they need to find out what they do have behind the 37-year-old.
