Astros pitcher Justin Verlander made easy work of Braves first baseman Freddie Freeman to end the top of the first inning of the All-Star game.
Verlander struck him out looking and the best part was Freeman was mic’d up for the whole thing. It showed everyone a firsthand look at just how hard an at-bat against Verlander can be.

So you still think you could hit Major League pitching? Freddie Freeman is a professional hitter at the highest level and Verlander made him look like an amateur.
Great pitching is hard to hit no matter how good of a hitter you are. No wonder baseball is a game of failure.
