Brian Ortega shocked the UFC world on Saturday night by doing what no other fighter had done.  He stopped Frankie Edgar.  

Edgar had lost before, but he had never been stopped.  All of his previous losses went the distance.

Edgar’s streak of fights without being stopped ended at UFC 222 on a huge uppercut in the first round.  The impressive first round knockout keeps Ortega undefeated and gives him a shot at Max Halloway and the featherweight title.
