The Los Angeles Chargers have reportedly hired XFL head coach Pep Hamilton as their quarterbacks coach. He went 2-2 in the shortened season with D.C. Defenders.
Prior to joining the XFL, Hamilton was an assistant head coach/passing game coordinator at Michigan from 2017-18.
This isn’t the 45-year-old’s first time coaching in the NFL. He’s had several NFL jobs throughout his career, most recently in 2016 with the Browns.
