Former UFC fighter Melvin Guillard was arrested for felony assault last summer after knocking a man out while working as a bouncer at a bar in Colorado.
Guillard pled guilty to one count of second degree assault to settle the case and was given probation. He also has to pay the fines and fees for the crime.
