Former Texas A&M basketball player David Edwards, who played for the Aggies from 1991-94, has died from coronavirus. His former teammate, Charles Henderson, shared the news of Edwards’ death on Facebook.
The Dallas Morning News confirmed the death with a Texas A&M official. As a senior Edwards posted a school record with 265 assists, a record that still stands.
