Monday morning seems like a good time to blast your former team.

Su’a Cravens got traded to the Denver Broncos in March of 2018 after missing the entire 2017 season.

It was a muddled situation where the linebacker left the team during preseason, pondered retiring from football and was eventually placed on the reserved list in September of 2017.

Cravens suffered a knee injury in the preseason before concussion issues came up later in the year.

Now he’s speaking out, and accusing the Skins of cutting off his insurance and freezing his pay.

Cravens referenced Washington offensive tackle Trent Williams, who is holding out and reportedly won’t be reporting to the team, even for the regular season.

“He’s not coming back. Period,” a source told NBC Sports.
