Former Panthers star linebacker Jon Beason fired shots at Carolina for the way they handled releasing quarterback Cam Newton. He wasn’t happy with how late in free agency his former team released the 2015 MVP.
Beason expects big things from his former teammate in the near future. He expects Newton to eventually find a new team and to be a starting quarterback again in the NFL.
