Former NFL star Deltha O’Neal has been charged with a DUI for a fiery crash in August that left him and a passenger with serious injuries.

The two were reportedly on their way home from a Florida bar at the time of the accident.

The former Pro Bowl cornerback suffered several injuries, including a broken neck and back.  His passenger needed a rod to repair a broken femur.
