Former Dolphin and current Cleveland Brown defensive end, Olivier Vernon, spoke up on an article from Adam Beasley this week, prompting several other former Dolphins to chime in with apparent criticism to Tannehill.
Looks like his former teammate isn’t feeling him.
Hmm ?… Sorry sir but what has Tannehill done compared to Robert Quinn? A solidified pass rusher that plays the right side. For the ppl that don’t know ( that’s the best OT’s on the offensive line ). Don’t disrespect Quinn like that sir! They’re in different boats ??♂️! https://t.co/oSU2u7oa1T

Tannehill, who’s signed through 2020 with an average salary of $19,250,000 million, has not lived up to his payday.
The man has had the most all-time leading “Pass” I’ve ever seen in this business. #crazy https://t.co/Gg9Rma6PLr

Tannehill and Olivier Vernon were both drafted by the Miami Dolphins in the same year.
Tannehill will once again most likely start for the Dolphins next season.
His time to prove the doubters wrong is almost up.
That being said, he’s made enough money where living up to expectations shouldn’t make him lose any sleep.
