Former College Football Player Arrested and Accused of Murdering Three People

On June 17, Barrette allegedly killed Isai Cadalzo, 22, at the intersection of West Metairie and Henry Landry streets in Metairie.

Less than 24 hours later, he allegedly killed Manuel Caronia, 45, and Nicky Robeau, 57, at West Metairie and North Starrett streets, according to the Jefferson Parish Sheriff’s Office.

We wouldn’t be surprised if this somehow gets blamed on football.  There does seem to be a lot of former football players involved in violent crimes. 

Is it CTE or are violent people just more prone to playing the sport?  We may never know.
