Flyers Nolan Patrick scored an incredible goal against the Wild on Monday night. He took a teammate’s shot that ricocheted off of the boards and went with a between the legs shot that found the open net.
That’s a tough shot to defend.
The Flyers found the net seven times on the night and won the game 7-4. It’s almost as if there was a magnet on the net when the Flyers took shots.
Maybe the Flyers will help ease the city’s sadness following the Eagles playoff loss to the Saints. It’s not likely.
Oh well, there’s always the Sixers.
