A fight broke out on Sunday after Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers took a shot from Falcons defensive back Brian Poole.  The hit came as Rodgers started to slide and give himself up.

There were multiple flags thrown, but not because of the hit.  As it turns out Poole’s hit was completely legal.  Rodgers started his slide at the last possible moment and wasn’t into his slide when he took the shot.

That didn’t keep the quarterback’s teammates from starting a fight because of the hit.

If the Packers wanted to fight anyone they should have fought their quarterback for choosing to slide so late.  Green Bay went on to win the game 34-20.
