A Texas man finished in last place in his Fantasy Football League and rather than pay an additional $250 to the winner, he chose to stand in a dog park for 10 minutes, covered in peanut butter with a gold speedo on.
This was 25-year-old Steven Shrout’s first attempt at competing in a Fantasy Football League and we’re not convinced it didn’t end exactly how he wanted it to.
Via WFAA8:
Steven Shrout, 25, had never played fantasy football before this year.
He decided to join a 12-team league with all of his friends from high school this year, who have been playing fantasy football together since 2009.
“It was my first year, and I didn’t do any kind of studying at first. I just kind of jumped in,” Shrout said.
It makes sense being new to Fantasy Football and ending up in last place, but what doesn’t add up is choosing to go the covered in peanut butter in a dog park route. Maybe if you had to pay up $2,500 or something insane, but $250 isn’t that much.
We’re going to guess that this guy is into some other weird stuff.
