Despite rumblings of a possible holdout from star running back Ezekiel Elliott, the Dallas Cowboys expect him to report to training camp on time on Thursday afternoon. Head coach Jason Garrett told the media on Wednesday that he has heard nothing different.
Elliott is one of the Cowboys stars hoping to land a new contract before the season. He has reportedly been considering a holdout, but as of earlier this week was still undecided on whether or not he would holdout.
Zeke is a huge part of what the Cowboys do and what they want to continue to do this season. It would only make sense for the Cowboys to keep him happy. But we all know in Dallas it isn’t always what makes sense that ends up happening. They love their drama.
