They want to see that video.
According to attorney Daniel Wallach, the Boston Globe has joined in in opposing Kraft’s motion for a protective order to block any public release of the alleged videotapes.
Last week, organizations such as ESPN, CNN and CBS filed a joint motion opposing Kraft’s motion to have video evidence suppressed by protective order.
Police allegedly have on tape Kraft receiving sex acts at the Orchids of Asia day spa on back-to-back days in January.
Kraft has pleaded not guilty to soliciting prostitution and has requested a speedy jury trial.
