Trail Blazers center Enes Kanter’s first order of business following Portland’s first round series win over the Thunder was to thank the Knicks for waiving him. The 26-year-old, who scored 13-points and grabbed 13 rebounds in the Game 5 victory, had ice strapped to his left shoulder as he gave his thanks.
“First, I would definitely like to thank the Knicks for waiving me.”
The reporters in the room laughed at the comment and Kanter gave a little grin to acknowledge his troll job of his former team.

This is great. There’s nothing better than taking a jab at your former team, especially when you’re in the playoffs and they aren’t. I might just become a Blazers fan now, because I want to see more of Kanter trolling the Knicks.
