Seahawks safety Earl Thomas is currently holding out for a new contract. This fact isn’t sitting well with Pete Carroll and it isn’t sitting well with Seahawks fans.
So on Saturday, his agent David Mulugheta took to Twitter to defend his client. In the process he also seemed to take a shot at the 12th man.
The fact that NFL fans side with teams worth billions instead of players, that put their bodies on the line day in & day out, never ceases to amaze me. Teams can cut players anytime but players are expected to honor contracts. Capitalism is obviously reserved for certain people.

Mulugheta isn’t wrong. Fans are quick to side with the team and bash the player when it comes to contract disputes.
It’s a smart move on the agent’s part to take the shot at the fans. Everyone knows the player wants to take the shot himself. But a smart agent has to protect his guy.
