The Americans dominated the first morning of the Ryder Cup, but the rest of the week didn’t go as planned. Europe swept the afternoon fourballs and never trailed again, cruising to a 17.5 to 10.5 victory on Sunday in Paris.
To add insult to injury, the US players were not exactly getting along, and according to this report, Brooks Koepka and Dustin Johnson almost fought each other.

Specifically what happened to cause Johnson and Koepka to be separated is unclear. A source told Golf Digest that Paulina Gretzky, Johnson’s fiancee, was a central figure in the incident. Koepka’s girlfriend, Jena Sims, was also involved.
Johnson and Koepka were paired together in Saturday afternoon foursomes and lost 2&1 to Henrik Stenson and Justin Rose. What the hell is going on in the PGA?
