Phoenix Suns star Kevin Durant continues to pass NBA legends on the all-time scoring list.

Durant entered Wednesday’s game against the Philadelphia 76ers just eight points behind NBA icon Shaquille O’Neal’s 28,564 career mark.

The 35-year-old passed O’Neal with a mid-range jumper at the start of the third quarter.

The Suns shared a video of O’Neal congratulating Durant.

Durant finished the game with 22 points as the Suns topped the Sixers 115-102. Teammate Grayson Allen was on fire from deep, knocking down nine triples and scoring a game-high 32 points.

Durant is now 2,809 points behind NBA legend Wilt Chamberlain for seventh on the league’s all-time points list.
