Drew Brees said he plans to see a hand specialist in Los Angeles tonight. Until then he doesn’t know the severity of his thumb injury.. “Yeah I am concerned,” Brees said. “I’m hoping it’s not too significant.”

The rest of the league will have their eyes on New Orleans and Brees’ thumb. If it is a significant injury it could change the Saints entire season.
