Drake, rapper/Canadian/Raptors ambassador, showed up to the Raptors playoff game in Toronto wearing a Humboldt Broncos jersey. He was, of course, honoring the victims of the Canadian junior hockey, who died in a fatal bus accident last weekend.
It’s a pretty cool move by Drake and a way to make sure more people remember those lost. It is also a way to bring hockey and basketball fans together, if only for a short-lived moment.
Props to @Drake for this. #HumboldtStrong pic.twitter.com/r399DCWdlR
