The Bengals are set on drafting LSU quarterback Joe Burrow with the No. 1 overall pick. They said the only way they would pass up on Burrow is a Ricky Williams type deal.
The Dolphins might be willing to offer one of those types of deals. Miami, who has a ton of draft picks and a ton of money, will reportedly make an attempt at a blockbuster trade for Burrow.
