Dodgers closer Kenley Jansen is having one hell of a time getting ready for the upcoming season. The Dodgers pitcher is seen here giving the camera guy a bat to the balls. That bat should never go near those balls.  

Jansen was playing around with David Vassegh, who has been covering Los Angeles sports since 1998. He’s also the Co-Host of Dodger Talk, so I assume they’re friendly enough for him to laugh off a hard shot in the nuts. Seriously that’s pretty hard. 

Don’t be surprised if the reporter wears a cup moving forward. That hurts me just watching the video. Strangely the reporter really seems to enjoy it, and stays in place for a second helping. To each his own.
