Dodgers reliever Joe Kelly gave up three runs (one earned) on five hits in a wild error filled 5th inning on Friday night. Los Angeles’ pitching gave up eight runs in the inning and lost the game 13-9.
Following the game, Kelly wasn’t worried about the three runs he let cross the plate, he was instead upset with the Rockies official scorer.
Kelly felt some of the hits against him should have been scored as errors, “the guy up there could be f*cking high.”

Kelly has an electric arm and when he’s on he’s very tough to hit. The only problem is, he isn’t on that often. He should stay focused on improving as a pitcher and less on how many hits a high scorer says he gave up.
