Clippers head coach Doc Rivers didn’t forget what type of season the critics predicted for his team. After they clinched a playoff spot on Tuesday night, he walked into the locker room with a bottle of champagne and called the critics out.
“ESPN predicted 33 wins, that’s what they said. Charles Barkley: 33 wins. Vegas: 33 wins. And we’re going to the damn playoffs.”

Doc can thank LeBron for stealing the spotlight in Los Angeles. The Clippers flew under the radar and found themselves in the playoffs. Too bad they aren’t going to do much in the playoffs.
