Following the Indiana Pacers Game 7 loss to the Cleveland Cavaliers, Victor Oladipo sent a text message to his trainer asking him when the off-season workouts start. Inspired by the Oladipo text, Mavs legend Dirk Nowitzki decided to hit up his trainer.
Nowitzki’s trainer responded by roasting him, “I told you 4yrs ago that you were done 4yrs ago.” The text exchange was obviously one big joke.

Inserting yourself into the news, during the NBA playoffs while your team isn’t in it, is what legends do. Especially legends who’s prime has come and gone. It was a good run while it lasted.
