Dirk Nowitzki is calling it a career. The 40-year-old Mavericks great made it official following Tuesday’s game in Dallas, a win over the Suns.
Nowitzki grabbed a microphone and addressed the home crowd. He let them know the game they just watched was the last home game of his career.

Dirk turned back the clock for his final home game and dropped 30-points to lead Dallas to the win. What a way to say goodbye to the fans who spent two decades cheering you on.
What a career. The big man and his wet jumper will no doubt be a first ballot Hall of Famer.
