Howard would later apologize for the comment.  He explained he didn’t mean to offend anyone, he’s just a big fan of Wayne Brady. 

I doubt the average College Football fan would have found that offensive, although advertisers probably weren’t too happy.  That’s really who the apology should have been geared toward.

I’d love to see a new segment on College GameDay called “Is Desmond Howard going to have to choke a b*tch?”
