Derrick Rose accepted an invitation to participate in the Skills Competition during All-Star Weekend, league sources told Shams Charania of The Athletic.
This year’s All-Star Game will be held in Chicago, marking a homecoming for Rose.
Rose is averaging 17.5 points and 5.8 assists this season for the Pistons.

He’s also doing great things outside of the lines.
Before playing against the Cleveland Cavaliers on Tuesday, Rose took the time to meet with a fan who is a two-time survivor of non-hodgkin’s lymphoma.
