The Titans and running back Derrick Henry have been unable to workout a long-term deal.  The two sides remain hopeful that they’ll be able to do so before the July 15th deadline to do so.

In the meantime, the 26-year-old who put together a breakout season last year and carried the Titans to an AFC Championship game appearance, has signed a $10.2 million franchise tender which guarantees he’ll be back in Tennessee next season.
