Former NFL tight end Kellen Winslow Jr. is facing 12 to 18 years in prison after he plead guilty to rape and sexual battery back in November.
San Diego County Deputy District Attorney Dan Owens wants Winslow to serve the maximum sentence.
Owens is reportedly seeking eight years each count of rape, a year for felony sexual battery and another year for two misdemeanor sex crimes.
