A medical examiner has ruled that the unconscious woman, that was dropped off at an emergency room in Virginia by Redskins safety Montae Nicholson, died of an accident overdose of fentanyl.

The Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office is still investigating the November death of 21-year-old Julia Crabbe.  Authorities are trying to figure out where she got the drug that ended her life.
