DeAngelo Williams is back to wrestling. Williams made his return on last night’s episode of Impact Wrestling, the former Panthers and Steelers running back made an appearance only to be interrupted by Impact World Champion Austin Aries.
DeAngelo boasted about how Moose, a former NFL player-turned-wrestler, would take the gold. Aries took offense to that and thanks to a kick to the groin and a chair shot to the back, knocked Williams out.
Even though wrestling is predetermined, it looks like Williams ran into that nutshot more than he needed to. Aries and Williams continued their feud outside the squared circle when DeAngelo tweeted this:

Williams was a great fantasy back at times, and he really seems to be embracing fake wrestling, so I’m all for it. Life after football looks pretty entertaining.
