David Ortiz’s wife Tiffany released statement on the current status of the former Red Sox star through the organization on Sunday.

Ortiz has finally been moved out of the intensive care unit at Massachusetts General Hospital.

Ortiz continues to recover from the botched hit, that investigators in the Dominican now say was intended for his friend, Sixto David Fernandez. 

Hopefully we get to hear from Big Papi himself soon and hopefully he can shed some truth on what exactly went down and why he’s buying other women vehicles.
