Texas prosecutors have come to a decision on charges for Darren McFadden,
You might remember, McFadden had one of the worst fast-food experiences imaginable in January. The former Arkansas standout and ex-Dallas Cowboys running back was allegedly driving drunk at a Dallas-area Whataburger on Jan. 21.
Officers reportedly found McFadden asleep behind the wheel of a 2019 GMC Yukon which was in the drive-thru of the Whataburger.
McFadden reportedly resisted the arrest in a way that led to his drive-side and passenger window being smashed. At the time, McFadden was booked on DWI and resisting arrest charges.
