A report came out on Monday that the Jaguars had fined a player 25 times in 2018 for missing out on “mandatory” treatments that weren’t actually mandatory.
Rams linebacker Dante Fowler identified himself as the player in question. The former Jaguar said Jacksonville “literally hated” him.
