Daniel Cormier is the UFC Heavyweight and Light Heavyweight champion. He spoke to Helen Yee at the ESPN Sports Humanitarian Awards about what is next.
Cormier now has two titles to defend and has made it clear he wants to fight Brock Lesnar. As far as the light heavyweight division, he claims nobody has separated themselves as a worthy challenger.
When Yee mentioned another fight with Jon Jones, DC responded by saying he could fight him every single day. DC won’t be doing anything for at least two months as he recovers from a broken hand.
Judging by how Jones and Cormier’s previous fights ended, it would take him fighting Jones every single day to finally get a win.
