So what would a backcourt of D’Angelo Russell and Kyrie Irving look like?  

It would look pretty damn good if the Nets can actually land the Boston Celtics star. 

Someone posted a photo of two Nets jerseys, one with Russell’s name and the other with Irving’s.

And guess who liked the post?  

Something like this just further ignites rumors that Kyrie might be joining the Nets. 

That would be one fantastic backcourt. 

D’Angelo Russell will be a restricted free agent this Summer, meaning the Nets will have the ability to match any offer sheet he signs.

Which they most certainly will do. If they want Kyrie, D’Angelo has got to be there.
