UFC president Dana White went to extreme lengths to find a venue that was willing to hold an event during the coronavirus pandemic.
He was able to secure a casino on tribal land in California for UFC 249 scheduled for April 18th and a handful of future events.
That was until he received a phone call from the highest level executives at Disney and ESPN. They asked White to cancel the events and he agreed to do so.
