A mural of Dak Prescott was put up by artist Trey Wilder in Dallas last week and it depicts the Cowboys quarterback being in “The Sunken Place” from the movie “Get Out.”
Prescott was asked about the mural over the weekend and repeatedly stood by his comments on the National Anthem. His stance was that the anthem wasn’t the place to protest.

This kind of backlash and Dak having to defend himself isn’t going away anytime soon. In fact, it will probably ramp up as the season begins. He certainly didn’t seem too concerned.
