Cowboys linebacker Sean Lee has agreed to restructure his deal to stay in Dallas. According to Ian Rapoport, the 32-year-old has agreed to cut his 2019 salary in half.
The often injured linebacker will earn $3.5 million with the opportunity to earn the full $7 million he was originally due with incentives.

Restructuring the deal seems to make sense for both the Cowboys and Lee, especially if he wants to remain in Dallas.
Lee’s struggled to stay healthy during his time in the NFL and now has some incentive to stay on the field.
