Cowboys VP Stephen Jones on @1053thefan said there’s been ongoing dialogue w/ Dak Prescott’s reps: “We’re still holding out hope that we can figure out how to come up with a deal by the game on Sunday.”
If they don’t, Jones says Cowboys are “open for business” during the season.

It sounds like the negotiations with Dak are expected to heat up this weekend. Or it could just be another attempt by the Cowboys to keep their name in our mouths.
