The Cowboys are still in the mood to handout massive contract extensions. Apparently signing Ezekiel Elliott to a record deal this week has Dallas wanting to do more before the season starts.
Dallas’ vice president Stephen Jones said on Friday that they were still hoping to get a new deal with quarterback Dak Prescott done before Sunday’s season opener.
If the Cowboys couldn’t get the deal done before the season kicks off, Jones said they would still be open for business during the season.
