Could the Patriots Draft Tua Tagovailoa in the 2020 NFL Draft?

Via CBS Sports:

The other 31 teams collectively drop their jaws at the same time. To get the fifth-year option on him, the Patriots take the injured Tagovailoa to plan for their post-Tom Brady future.

The Patriots need to get a quarterback at some point to replace Brady, but is Tua really that guy? 

I don’t see it happening, but who knows with this league.  Almost anything is possible.
